Following the vision of our great leader Atatürk and his emphasis on the important role of foundations' in our country's commonwealth; we have founded Turkish Textile Foundation to support education, which is stated as "the foremost significant value in the development of one's country" by none other than Atatürk.
Adopting Atatürk's vision on foundations' support on social solidarity, we aim to expand social and cultural solidarity throughout Turkey by means of education.
TÜTSİS was founded on Janurary 2, 1961 by 8 industrial institutions under the name "İstanbul Tekstil Sanayii İşverenleri Sendikası". This syndication started the long waited cooperation and rapidly became popular, becoming a national initiative within the following year.

METEM is an education and R&D center built in Çerkezköy to provide the intermediary skilled person needed in the textile sector, increasing the companies' ability to compete.
6 Sigma aims to develop and maximize the skills to detect, prioritize and increase the potential to correct successfully the problems within an institution. The system provides mid and executive level managers with technical and social skills at the right place at the right time. 6 Sigma can be applied to all companies in all sectors.
